Jean-Claude Malarmey (1932-1992)
Trained at the School of Fine Arts in Reims, Jean-Claude Malarmey joined Robert Pérot and Dominique Baudart at Jean Rivier's studio in Vallauris then at the Vieux Moulin. He founded his own workshop in 1957 where he created very refined enamels inspired by oriental ceramics. Bibliography: "French Ceramics of the 50s" by Pierre Staudenmeyer, Norma Editions.
